that's what struck me too. Nothing on that sign is verboten in liberal circles, yet the venomous reaction caught me by surprise.
Essentially we are seeing that any opposition speech (no matter how innocent) must be punished.

Yeah, I had to back and read the sign to see where the racism is.  Merry Christmas is racist?  Saluting the flag is racist?  These lunatics go off the deep end for no reason.  I can't imagine why they're still alive.
