Most of those killed by terrorists outside of the US are "brown" and "black" people, so of course many/most DU-folk don't give a @#$%.
As poorly done as security measures have been in the US, there have been few terror-killings in the US since 9/12/2001 (I wonder ... did the source of CNN's stats class the Fort Hood shooting as "terrorism" or a "mass shooting"? That I asked indicates my guess as to the answer!), while terror killings have been horrific in the rest of the world. How is effectiveness an argument that terrorism is not a threat? Or that already porous security can be relaxed?
