does anyone here actually know a Carson supporter?
please, no speculation about what you imagine them to be like, or snark, or "I saw a bumper sticker" with a physical description, or even an article quoting someone.

Does anyone actually know someone?

What are they like?

The bubble you live in.  ::)

3. Unfortunately I do. She's an old acquaintance from high school

and we're Facebook friends now.

She's a special Ed teacher. Lives and teaches in a very affluent community. Very religious even as she's divorced. Has one son. She owns horses which is why we've re-connected and also means she's a fairly outdoorsy person.

She thinks Carson is intelligent, calm and sensible.

She's not rabid about him. Posts the occasional quote from Carson with a brief comment - "he's the most sensible of them all" kind of generic statement.

I'm not sure our FB friendship would survive a face to face encounter at the moment.

Proving once again that you sub humans are a cum stain on the back seat of life.

Good Lord, is this some sort of fragile-flower less-than-human being? I've FB friends who are Lesbians, vociferous unionites, Bern-Outs, and I don't know what other kinds of Libs/Progs, and converse face-to-face with several pretty much every week. I thought I was the one who's supposed to be a bigot, :o ::) .

And yet they think 0bama is a genius and Hillary will end the war on women. She'll probably have to channel Eleanor Roosevelt for that one.

22. Unfortunately, my husband. Religion tops everything. Last time he voted for Romney
He thinks Obama is a Muslim, so Romney, even though a Morman, was a better choice.
I don't know if Carson can be proved a lier if he would change to another candidate.
The older he get, the more Fox news, etc. influence his thinking.

I bet this house is real enjoyable.  You know with Patricia being a DUmmie and all.

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

Most of the crowd I run in, want Trump or Cruz.. but I do have a friend who likes Carson.  As said above, he's not rabid about him, but just likes him because he's intelligent, well spoken, etc.  I can't disagree w/ anything he says praising Carson... I just really like Cruz because I believe he will strictly adhere to the Constitution, whether it's popular or not.

Just remember DUmbasses -

Carson is a 7th Day Adventist and believes their interpretation of The Bible.

Hillary Clinton claimed to regularly communicate with the Ghost of Eleanor Roosevelt, and on occasion Gandhi..

Who's crazy now ?

I'd like to see Dr. Carson win it, then appoint Ted to the next open SCOTUS seat.   :yahoo:
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

If Cruz doesn't get the nomination... I actually wouldn't mind that.  Scalia will almost certainly retire during the next 4-8yr presidency... it'd be nice if there was another strict adherent to the Constitution on the bench.

They hate that they can't just say anything horrible about Carson or Cruz.  Cruz would be my number one, but he just isn't getting any steam.  Carson is also at the top of the list.  I actually went and saw Carson speak at my church last week.  He is brilliant, well spoken, humble, and probably to nice of a guy to be President, or actually to win a primary.

We're still really early, couple more debates, etc. ... I wish everyone below the Top 4 would just drop now, I like Huck.. but I can't believe he's still in this... Jindal, Kasich, Christie, Fiorina, JEB! all of them just need to go away... To me.. this is really a 4 horse race.  Cruz, Rubio, Carson, Trump.  Cruz is polling very similar to Rubio right now.
