So far there have been no threads about SNL. Maybe the dummies are all stoned. I didn't watch it so don't know what went on.

You are lucky; 1 1/2 hours of my time wasted. Stupid shit like the Bad Girls skits were terrible. Face time for Trump was around  10-minutes;  The whole show stunk with an over abundance of TV commercials.  .

This is why people don't watch SNL.  It's not funny.

It's just Saturday Night Live as it has been since Tina Fey was running the show with her brain-dead Palin impressions and shit writing.

I'll give Larry David credit for calling out the bullshit illegal aliens' racism.  Give him his five grand.

The MSM ("news" and entertainment) this year have been sure-shots when it comes to foot-shooting! They've boosted Trump tremendously, and they may also, with Politico's hit-piece, have given Ben Carson a significant boost.

SNL hasn't been funny since Farley left.  In fact, it wasn't really funny before Farley was there.  There's been some greats here and there, but for the most part, it's been terribly unfunny.

The cast with Crystal, Murphy, Spade, Myers, et-al wasn't bad.  Haven't watched SNL in over 20 years though.  From what I've heard, PC has taken over, and the "funny factor" slipped out the back door when it did.

In college, when Update was over, we would usually head to the bars until closing time.  When I was still married, once Weekend Update ended, it was time for bed.

Now, I just don't care about the show.  If there is a recognizable host, I might save it on the DVR.

I was sort of the same way, watch the cold opening and the rest of the show until the end of Weekend Update. Then one day I realized did not enjoy the show anymore and was watching out of habit. I stopped watching after that. I may watch some clips from time to time but only if there is some buzz associated with them.
