Short update on me, if anyone's interested.  If you're not, then  :censored: you.

 :-)  Just kidding.

Lessee...wife and girls are doing fine; my knees are shot.  Arthritis -- on a scale of 0-4, with 4 being completely worn out, the right knee is between 2 and 3.  Got a cortisone shot, so it feels better, but it's still worn out.  No biggie -- I hated running anyway.    :-)

At work, I got a new job, sorta -- I'm managing the aircraft arresting systems program for our area of responsibility.  Got a fighter jet?  You break 'em, we'll brake 'em.  Come ride the wire!

Also doing a whole lot of graphics work for the command.  It's a load of fun. 

So, what have I missed?  How you guys doing?

This project is supposed to be for three years.  My job is classified as a 'moderate' security risk, whatever that means.  How long is a security clearance good for?

Doing alright over here.  Had a health scare a little while ago, but I'm doing much better since then.  :)

oy, we just had one helluva engagement party here for the older kiddo..

and jeff did some stuff to piss me off, but then he bought me my dream house so its all okay now.

i think the neighbors are coming over for cocktails after they put their kidlings to bed. may mow the lawn yet tonight... i dunno.

I dunno what the Census Bureau uses, but a Secret is good for 10 years and a Top Secret is good for 5.

Welcome back Daveman. Not much going on here except I had the family doctor carve into my neck to remove a cyst or so I thought. The results came back ok  it was something totally different. I ended up with 10 stitches near the jawbone and most were taken out today. Glad to see you here again we have missed you around here.

I had one in the shoulder. ****ing hurts like hell. I don't think neutering feels that damn bad.

Things at the Smith house are about the same.  We're now in debt for 60% of Mr Smith's kids' college expenses for the next 5 years, but everything else is good.

I had one in the shoulder. ****ing hurts like hell. I don't think neutering feels that damn bad.

I have had two cortisone shots in the shoulder with the second followed by novacain for the pain.
