"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

First heard this song as a TV show theme. Good show, now sadly off the air. Anyway, thinking this song will be a great addition to my jogging/workout music.

On edit:
Found out the composer of the song, it was made for the show. To bad. I was hoping to find more works like it, lol. Shows what I know about music.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

I'm still trying to get a family member to give up their box set temporarily so I can rip it all to my Zune.   They're having a hard time trying to part with it for a few days.  :(   I really would like to have all their music, but I can't afford to buy it all.
