I'm kind of wondering now, on Special Report with Britt Hume last night they had a story on how Romney Care is turning into a disaster in MA, which who couldn't predict that but I kind of wonder if the crumbling dream would have any damaging effect on the campaign trail.  If it gets reported widely at all.  Which, if the LSM can make a Republican looks bad they will report it far and wide, maybe, I guess it depends if they love socialized medicine more than The Messiah, Barrak Milhous Obama.

Romney would suck, period.

Pawlenty is another RINO. I voted for Pawlenty in MN. I regretted it. $1/pack "health impact fee" on cigarettes after his PROMISE of no new taxes. OK, so it's a "fee", not a "tax"  :whatever: He's a LIAR!! There was a movement and rumors of a 10 cents/ gallon tax increase before I left MN. I don't know what happened to that.

All in all, unless McLame picks a REAL Conservative (and a POPULAR one), it's going to suck. Do we want Marxism or a relaxed Socialism geared towards big Corporations??

I have two choices, first ...of course, is Mark Sanford. Second is Mitt Romney. I voted for Mitt in the primaries but I would LOVE to see Mark Sanford as VP.

I hope, one day, I will be casting my vote for Mark Sanford for President. He's the ONE guy I'd volunteer for.

that is interesting - in order to derail our candidates, they would have to expose one of their pet causes as being a failure.

ok, i love it! Mitt can take one for the team on this one. I dont love the party more than my family's (and everyone elses) well being.

True.  And I don't see the attraction of Mitt, myself, a Masswhosit Republican is basically what we call a "Left-of-center Democrat" in the MidWest, I have no enthusiasm for him at all.  The Alaska gov is the only one that is actually a conservative, and with the pivotal role energy policy will play she could be the best pick.

1. Powell doesnt want public life anymore

2. it just looks like pandering.. "hey! we got a black guy on our ticket too!"

Agreed on the first.  As to the latter if anyone says anything we'll use hussein's favorite play: call them racists.


Pandering?  Compaired to Powell, Obama is the token black guy.
