Bullshit. In many of those cities blacks make half of the median income of whites. Correspondingly, black unemployment is double white unemployment.

There are much larger and stronger black business communities and community support WELFARE infrastructure in Chicago and Detroit than say Seattle, San Francisco or Boston for example. This is one of those situations in which statistics don't even come close to painting a complete picture.

West coast liberals like their minorities a lighter shade of brown.  They prefer Jose and Maria, to Jaquando and Shaniquiline.

I was thinking the same thing. However, the segregation and inequality in many areas within Chicago is really bad. Terrible.

It's getting harder and harder to keep them in their ghetto plantations.

I wish one of them would come over here and explain how Reaganomics from over 25 years ago has any affect on the inner cities. Reagan didn't meddle like the left does. Considering that they've all been democrat owned for decades, many for decades well before Reagan was elected, how it can be the fault of one man. Even if it was because of "Reaganomics" they've had over 20 years to fix it. Even he couldn't get rid of welfare, improve the schools in these areas and get those capable of working off their asses to make better lives for their families. Not one of them has the intellect or the guts to look at what black lives were like before the Great Society and after. The inner cities are worse than Cuba.

The truth, and the facts prove it, the worst cities for blacks are where there are the highest percentage of blacks and have black political leadership.  This is a chicken and the egg argument. Does a majority of blacks make the city terrible or does black majority of black political power make the city terrible? Also, countries run by blacks are the worst for blacks too.

There are lots of black entrepreneurs in illegal businesses who don't report the income received from running drugs, women and guns.  Find a way to tax that shit and the income inequality in those liberal hellholes will become even more pronounced between the decent people trying to work, take care of the kids and duck the odd stray bullet and those pimped up Puff Daddy wannabes.

There is a kernel of truth in what the dummie is saying.  Not for the reason he thinks though. Once the jobs disappeared so did the people that actually took pride in their property,  took care of it, paid taxes, etc.  Once the productive people left, all that was left was the deadbeats and you see the end result. 

BTW dummie, Reagan had nothing to do with the factories moving offshore.  Government regulations did that. 

I have always maintained that if you are given something you do not take care of it. Work for it and you will because that represents a portion of your life.  Dummies do not seem to be able to take care of themselves without some other entity providing the means. Thus they find themselves in less than desirable situations and they blame everyone and everything under the sun for their plight when the problem is staring back at them in the mirror.  Same for the inner city pavement apes... black, brown and white.  The results are as predictable as the sun rising in the morning.
