They also have worse impulse control, are more prone to addiction and are generally more self destructive.

I'll take poor grammar skills any day over those problems.

I have a lot of fond memories of San Francisco.
The city was very pleasant then, but my last time there was in the early 80's.
The movie Pacific Heights, and one of my favorite TV shows...Monk showcase the city in every way I remember.
I would be heartbroken to go back there and find it in the disarray SV and JakeStyle refer to.
