Okay, folks, when do you speculate this is going to be over, and the primitives moved on to a new shiny toy to preoccupy their attention?

As for whodunit, I'm skeptical that MrsCorpio and/or bravenak have the cerebral means to concoct such a trick, and happily accept the primitives' usual contention that decent and civilized people are too stupid to know how to carry off such a thing.....

Usually there's been a problem in the past, though, because even though the poll itself will advise readers they can vote more than once, and the poll-poster states the same thing in the body of the text, people generally don't; they just cast one vote, and leave.

Too many events have not had time to unfold yet to know when this all will end.

First of all, we need to be patient and wait until the Postal Inspector has completed their investigation. And then there's a matter of the US District Attorney and exactly what charges will be filed against the perp(s). Of course, then there's the court system.......

We all have been informed by an expert... well, not just *an* expert, THE expert of experts.... just how slowly the wheels of justice turn, so this could drag out for at least a year, maybe more.

I voted for the 4th to the last option, but I think the last four are probable, depending on how one defines "blow over". I think most of the air will leak out of this hyper-inflated balloon in about a week. But many/most DU-folk have as a defining characteristic nursing grudges, so this incident has the potential to be dredged up periodically until the next CHILL vs. Obama, CHILL vs. Bernie fracture in DU (hopefully, every election campaign year for the next several Presidential terms, if we can get some decent conservative Rs into the WH).

Remember back during the black box voting stuff, I think the late round red one was still alive back then, and there were a spate of paper ballot activists who were being harassed by black SUVs.  It would be wise for Scorpio and Bravenek to be on the watch for such SUV's in this case.
