Hey dude, I’ve been waiting, and you haven’t come up with any ideas, about who sent that letter to your fellow primitive bravenak.

It looks to me as if I’ve been doing all the work, detectivizing for the foul culprit, while you’ve just been sitting on your ass. 

All you primitives are alike; over the Labor Day holiday, there was a primitive woman here who insisted upon enjoying the carnal pleasures, which we did, but franksolich ended up doing all the work while she lazily lay around like, well, like a primitive femme.

But I suppose since ich dien is my motto, “I serve,” I remained philosophical about it, and at least in that case though, dude, I got something out of it; fulfillment of my urgent male needs.

I ain’t getting nothing out of helping you solve this case, dude.

But whatever; I’m just as interested in solving this crime as you are, dude, and so I’ll keep plodding along with, or without, your help.

A third possible culprit, to be considered with the likely suspects Skippy, the former NYC_SKP primitive, and the former Taverner primitive, popped up in the mind earlier today; like the other two, this one also has a grudge against Skins, and a past record of exacting vengeance from those he believed did him wrong, whether they did him wrong or not.

He’s also got the smarts to pull off something like this; he’s not as smart as Skippy, but he is mountains smarter than Taverner.  Give him some thought, dude; I think we’re getting closer.

Hey dude, you’re starting to tick me off.

Don’t forget that we’re in this together, this bloody war against internet terrorism; franksolich has just as much an interest in solving this crime against bravenak, against Humanity, as you do, dude, and the more we cooperate in trying to find the culprit, the sooner it’ll be over.

So…..cut your “freepers are stupid” jokes, and get busy working with franksolich to identify the miscreant, and to liberate bravenak from her fears.

Accepting your stance that this was an inside job on Skins’s island—I disagree with it, but for the sake of getting along, I’ll go along with it—thus far I’ve pointed out Skippy, the former NYC_SKP primitive, the former Taverner primitive, and Fat Che, the former Ben Burch primitive.

They all have reasons for wishing to create disorder on Skins’s island, and the cerebral means to do so.

But nonetheless, it might, or might not, be one of them, and so one has to keep considering yet other primitives, such as this one.

Now, admittedly, the big guy makes a dead fish look intelligent, but there’s such a thing as “dumb luck,” where by random chance and accident, one “wins” despite the odds.

As far as I know, this primitive doesn’t have anything against Skins, but it’s probable he has a personal grudge against bravenak, because he’s terminal, doomed to die within the next twenty or thirty years, and with her own issues, she’s distracting from his exit.

I’d put him up there pretty high on the list of suspects.

I give up.

Despite all his big talk and braggadaccio, Lamond hasn't done a damned thing, and since the bravenak primitive's one of his, and not one of mine, franksolich isn't really obligated to help find the culprit who wrote that letter. 

I was trying to help bravenak simply because I'm a nice guy, nothing more than that.

But not being a primitive, I couldn't do it myself.  Lamond, being a primitive and hence an insider, has an advantage in that respect, but on the other hand, Lamond isn't what one might call cerebrally endowed, and needs help himself, to get the identity discovered.

In the meantime, in a situation analogous with the valiant British defenders of Lucknow during the Sepoy Mutiny in 1857, the besieged and outnumbered bravenak cowers in the darkness of her triple-locked apartment in Anchorage, Alaska, fearful of the Bernie primitives seeking to exact vengeance--and worse--on her.

Just as they were about to give up, out of food, ammunition, and manpower, the weak, tired, dwindling British one morning heard the faraway strains of the bagpiped "The Campbells Are Coming" and were fortuitously saved.

Unfortunately for the hapless bravenak though, MrsCorpio isn't coming.....
