Printed the letter but couldn't figure out how to load an envelope and didn't have any laser feed labels either.  (my guess)

Look, if someone were to receive a letter like that, why would you publish it for the world to see? By not saying anything, you automatically would place the sender in a position of wondering whether or not the letter ever made it. Which only reinforces to me that she did this for attention and to give herself cover to keep herself from being alerted on again. Now she's free to do whatever she wants virtually unimpeded.
