I still use organic soap, but I skipped the shampoo part several times after my hair dresser told me about it.

And the very first primitive comment comes from the big guy in Bellevue's pal, the senior-citizeness tightwad primitive who's still looking for a charity for the homeless operated by atheists; the primitive who uses only four-ply quilted extra-soft lotioned-and-scented paper for the commode because she's got a sensitive bottom.

1. I am not sure that I agree that soap is bad,
 
since so many people are living such long lives now. So it can't be killing us. And we are one of the cleanest cultures to walk the earth with more options for bathing than ever.

But with that said, I believe that we probably do not need to use soap on a regular basis for routine bathing. Personally, if I were going to go without soap, I would use a washcloth for the friction part of bathing, since hands are not usually rough enough to provide much friction. Besides, I prefer to scrub my butt with something more than my hand. 

(Note to Frank in case you are still obsessed with me, this was added just for your pleasure.  :tongue: )

I only use baking soda, even on hair, with an apple cider vinegar rinse. Nothing feels as clean to me. 

<<<has always used Castile soap; not sure why, but life-long habits are hard to break.

Guilty of using Old Spice Soap, Old Spice body wash, (various scents) Old Spice roll on, and old spice body spray. I'm a clean motor scooter, and proud of it. Though if you primitives really want to get clean, use battery acid. Nothing takes the dirt off like battery acid. Oh, and Icy Hot is good for the genitals. Keeps away those STDs.
