The Labour Day clash between the Edmonton Eskimos and the Calgary Stampeders set up as a titanic battle for first in the West, and it had some solid first-half highlights, but the best moment of the half came from a rabbit rather than a player. The rabbit, which has been seen before at Calgary's McMahon Stadium, ran on the field early in the game, heading to one of the end zones.
