The DUMP is vindicated,

After years of direct envolvement, I've decided to come clean.
Here's a quick photo grab of one of my birds.

That looks like a bang up bare bones system.
But it could use improvement.
Could you put in an intensity and toxicity rheostat ?

The wide-bodies have the upgraded dispensers.

A demonstration of LALD (Low Altitude Low Dispersal), with a 757-300. Rate was controlled by two rotary switches above the initiator switch. See first photo.
The low rate being used below 5000 ft.AGL to touchdown. Not only did we catch thousands near
the airport, we kept the rampers and others complient.
