My conservative neighbor mentioned this to me while we were talking last night and I did a quick google search and turned up this link. I don't know anything about this website nor how legitimate the info provided it - but it sure weaves an interesting story. Scott Walker, born in Colorado Springs, a distant relative of George Herbert Walker, an infamous businessman originally from St. Louis? If so, he would be a distant relative of George W. Bush -- the W stands for Walker, his great-grandfather from St. Louis. Hardly newsworthy, unless one contemplates the fact that the Walker/Bush clan is directly or indirectly tied to some of the most disturbing events in modern US and global history.
In 2010, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin posted a curious reference to off-the-cuff remarks between Walker and Bush about being cousins. Wayne Madsen, in his subscription-only e-zine, published a more-detailed story on this immediately before the June 5 recall election, stating as a fact Bush and Walker share a common blood line and points out that distant Walker relatives in Colorado Springs (where our Scottie is from) would be consistent with the George Herbert Walker family lineage.

So what is the connection between the Walker side of the Bush family, Colorado and, according to some reports, Scott Walker? George Herbert Walker owned a number of railroads, including a western road, Missouri Pacific Railroad, that employed Walker relatives throughout the West, including Colorado.
President George Walker Bush’s grandfather (Prescott Bush) and great grandfather (George Herbert Walker) were among Wall Street’s ultra-right wing elite. The predecessors of the 2 Bush-family presidents were radical racists and believed in a master race, and were anti-Irish, anit-Chinese, anti-Italians, and anti-Jew. While such sediments were not unusual at the beginning of the 20th Century, the ability to act on those hateful racist attitudes was limited to those with social or political power, usually bestowed by wealth.
George Herbert Walker and his son-in-law, Prescott Bush were extremely successful in business, but they weren't the elite robber-barons --they were hired help for America's "old money" elites and war-profiteers extraordinaire: the DuPonts, Rockefellers, and Harrimans.

George Herbert Walker got involved with the Bush clan via Samuel Prescott Bush, a son of a Episcopalian preacher, an American industrialist, entrepreneur, and the patriarch of the Bush political family. Sam started out as low-management for railroads, where he made connections enabling him to move over to Buckeye Steel Castings Company. Samuel Bush got started tat Buckeye as engineer. Buckeye Steel Castings Company, which gun barrels and railroad parts. Samuel Bush took over from Frank Rockefeller as president of the company in 1908, and held that job for the next 20 years. Consortium News explains:
Percy Rockefeller, John D. Rockefeller’s first cousin who had acquired Remington Arms in 1914, built a new plant just in time to enjoy enormous profit from the sale of weapons in World War I. Percy benefited from no-bid contracts to manufacture arms and supply ammunition to the U.S. military, arranged by Samuel Bush. Samuel Bush’s Buckeye Steel made the gun barrels for Remington, which also outfitted the Czar’s forces in Russia after contracting to supply a million rifles to Russia in 1916. During World War I, Remington supplied 67 percent of all the weapons and ammunition used by the Allied forces.
What could be more profitable than selling arms to each side of a massive global conflict? The wealth these dealings generated were beyond immense. Samuel Prescott Bush was an early president of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), which is has always been anti-worker, anti-consumer-rights, and ultra-conservative. Three past presidents of NAM helped Robert Welch form the John Birch Society. This family has some radical extremists, no?
George Herbert Walker's daughter, Dorothy, and Samuel Prescott Bush's son, Prescott, were wed and had a child, George Herbert Walker Bush, the 41st POTUS and father of George Walker Bush, 43 President of the United States. While the bride and groom's families already knew each other, Dorothy was marrying down in status. Prescott Bush was only a tire salesman when they were we, so his father-in-law, George Herbert Walker, elevated him to the vice-presidency of Brown Brothers Harriman, which financed exports of gold, steel, weapons and people to Nazi Germany. Consortium News reports:
Bush ran Hamburg-American passenger line on which American Nazi sympathizers emigrated to Germany under the tutelage of a Nazi “political director.†Bush also helped organize and run UBC, a bank holding company that oversaw many of Hitler’s worldwide investments.
The Walker-Bush clan can be tied to Hitler's rise to power and profited greatly by underwriting the Nazi War machine. Hitler's anti-Jew agenda did not originate in Germany -- it literally came from America. But remember, the Walker-Bush clan were not "old money" nor the ultra-wealthy elite.
The biggest financial benefactors of Hitler's rise to power and then World War II were the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds, the DuPonts, Harrimans, and the rest of the world's major banks Collectively, they made one trillion dollars ($1,000,000,000) off the Holocaust IN UNADJUSTED 1945 DOLLARS!
The Guardian obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that Prescott Bush was a director in a bank, Union Banking Company, which was the financial architects of Nazism.
In 1924, his father-in-law [George Herbert Walker], a well-known St Louis investment banker, helped set him [Prescott Bush] up in business in New York with Averill Harriman, the wealthy son of railroad magnate E H Harriman in New York, who had gone into banking.
One of the first jobs Walker gave [Prescott] Bush was to manage UBC [Union Banking Corporation]. Bush was a founding member of the bank and the incorporation documents, which list him as one of seven directors, show he owned one share in UBC worth $125.
The bank was set up by Harriman and Bush's father-in-law [George Herbert Walker] to provide a US bank for the Thyssens, Germany's most powerful industrial family.
August Thyssen, the founder of the dynasty had been a major contributor to Germany's first world war effort and in the 1920s, he and his sons Fritz and Heinrich established a network of overseas banks and companies so their assets and money could be whisked offshore if threatened again.
By the time Fritz Thyssen inherited the business empire in 1926, Germany's economic recovery was faltering. After hearing Adolf Hitler speak, Thyssen became mesmerised by the young firebrand. He joined the Nazi party in December 1931 and admits backing Hitler in his autobiography, I Paid Hitler, when the National Socialists were still a radical fringe party.
On October 20, 1942, invoking the Trading with the Enemy Act, the U.S. Congress seized UBC, liquidating its assets. The seizure is verified by Vesting Order No. 248 in the U.S. Office of the Alien Property Custodian and was authorized by U.S. Alien Property Custodian Leo T. Crowley. Kevin P. Phillips's book American Dynasty: Aristocracy, Fortune, and the Politics of Deceit in the House of Bush documents the whole story. Seizures were also made against two affiliates, the Holland-American Trading Corporation and the Seamless Steel Equipment Corporation. By November, the Silesian-American Company, another of Prescott Bush's ventures, was seized too.
Author Charles Higham, using sourcing from the National Archives and the Freedom of Information Act, in his book, Trading With The Enemy, demonstrates that industrial and financial giants including DuPont, Rockefeller, Ford, Chase Manhattan Bank, I.T.T., General Motors, and Standard Oil collaborated with the Nazi’s for monetary gain and/or were Nazi sympathizers hoping for a German victory.
Another book, The Rockefeller File, by Gary Allen, has more: "The alliance between Nazi Germany and the Rockefellers is truly shocking." And then this bombshell: "Hitler's Luftwaffe ran on Standard petrol, and the Rockefellers were partners in I.G. Farben Industries, whose thousands of war products included the poison gas used in Nazi death camps."
Remember, historical documents fully-connect Prescott Bush to these powerful economic and political interest.
But it is not just the family racism, promotion of Hitler, the Nazi Party, the Holocaust, extreme war profiteering, and treasonous support of America's most dangerous enemies during World War II that is troublesome.
The Bush clan is directly connected with a failed coup d'état (21 page .pdf file) against President Franklin Delano Roosevelt during the early years of his administration, a plot conceived by rich industrialists and bankers concerned that Roosevelt was about to conduct a massive redistribution of wealth. These special interests are connected to the Walker-Bush extended family [BBC Video coverage: The Whitehouse Coup (1933) Part 1, Part 2, Part 3].
Major General Smedley Butler exposed the attempted coup d'état in 1934. It involved some of the wealthiest businessmen in the United States. The twice decorated WWI veteran and former Commander of the Marine Corps testified before the McCormack-Dickstein Congressional Committee and laid out an amazing saga, detailing how the conspirators attempted to recruit him.
An outspoken critic and author of War Is A Racket, Gen. Butler, a true American patriot, opposed using US military power to support "Big Business." "The U.S. has routinely destroyed democracy throughout the globe while its leaders claimed to be spreading democracy. I spent 33 years in active military service as a high class muscle-man for Big Business, Wall Street and bankers. I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914, then made Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues. I helped rape half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street and did the same to Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912."
But our story doesn't stop here. Over the years, many have expressed dismay and concerned about the Central Intelligence Agency, an independent civilian intelligence agency of the United States government. It is an executive agency and reports directly to the Director of National Intelligence and its official responsibilities include providing national security intelligence assessment to senior United States policymakers.
Historical records document that CIA operations have greatly overstepped these duties and President Lyndon Johnson, after being breifed on CIA operations shortly after assuming the Presidency in 1963 (after JFK assassination) proclaimed, ""We had been operating a damned Murder Inc. in the Caribbean.â€
The Central Intelligence Agency was created under President Harry S. Truman. Over the years, Truman gave different version of his role in the establishment of the CIA.
He once summed it up this way: "I got a couple of admirals together and they formed" the CIA. (Merle Miller, Plain Speaking: An Oral Biography of Harry S. Truman, Berkley, New York, 1973).
Another time he was quoted as describing the CIA as "his invention." (Robert Alan Aurthur, "The Wit and Sass of Harry S. Truman," Esquire, August 1971, p. 115. He is further quoted as "being sorry he'd started the whole thing.")
Again, while still President, he told a CIA audience: "I ... suggested [to Admiral William D. Leahy] that there should be a Central Intelligence Agency," and consequently "The Admiral and I proceeded to try to work out a program. (Remarks at a Meeting of an Orientation Course Conducted by the CIA,' Nov. 21, 1952, Public Papers of the Presidents. Harry S. Truman. 1952-53. (GPO, Wash., D.C. 19666), p. 1061.)
In Truman's most extended account, in his Memoirs, he related how he discovered the lack of coordinated intelligence in Washington, asked what was being done about it, solicited advice, issued what he referred to as an "Executive Order," and — presto! — then began to receive a "daily digest" of information first from his Central Intelligence Group (CIG) and then, when CIG was "renamed" in the National Security Act of 1947, from his CIA (Harry S. Truman, Memoirs, Vol. 2: Years of Trial and Hope, 1946-1953 (Doubleday, New York, 1956) pp. 55-58. (Actually Truman did not issue an Executive Order, but a presidential directive in the form of a letter addressed to the Secretaries of State, War, and Navy.)
One month after President John F. Kennedy was assassination, Truman wrote an op-ed titled Limit CIA Role To Intelligence and it was published by The Washington Post in its early edition, but immediately removed from later editions. Other media ignored it -- is this evidence that the long hand of the CIA was at work?
In his op-ed, Truman wrote that he was “disturbed by the way CIA has been diverted from its original assignment†of keeping the President promptly and fully informed and had become “an operational and at times policy-making arm of the government.â€
If one scrolls down the Website CIA: ROGUE AGENCY RUN AMUCK: A Compendium of Websites, Books, Press Releases, and Deductions Describing Alleged CIA Nefarious Action; one will see a vast set of resources that indicate Truman was understating his concerns.
George H. W. Walker, key business associates, and fellow Skull and Bones members can be directly tied to the CIA, becoming influential agents, assets, supervisors, and directors as the agency morphed from Truman's concept of an information source for presidents to an unelected branch of Government that conducted covert operations including Johnson's "Murder Inc".
FBI documents prove that George H. W. Bush was working with the now-famous CIA agent, Felix Rodriguez, recruiting right-wing Cuban exiles for the invasion of Cuba. Bush's role was to organize the Cuban community in Miami for the invasion. The CIA trained Cubans as marksmen and Bush spent 1960 and '61 recruiting Cubans in Miami for the invasion.
And George H. W. Bush, through his connections to the CIA, Bay of Pigs, and death squads, appears to be part of a problem that so gravely concerned President John F. Kennedy that he vowed to "splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds."
JFK was brutally murdered shortly after that proclaimation. It is a historical fact that, even though George H.W. Bush is one of the few people that claims he can't remember where he was at the moment a popular president was killed, President Bush ("Poppy", 41) can be connected to the scene and assassination via preserved documents and photographic evidence.
Mark Lane, a highly-qualified attorney and one of the few remaining experts alive that was involved with the JFK case since the day of Kennedy's murder, has recently published a book, Last Word, where he completely lays out the role of the CIA in plotting to murder President Kennedy and then covering up the crime.
Watergate burgler, E. Howart Hunt, on his deathbed in January 2007, confessed to being peripherally involved in the assassination of President Kennedy, and named several other participants. American history books clearly show that the Watergate Scandal took down President Richard Nixon, a man that had recently won re-election by one of the largest landslide electoral victories in U.S. history. To date, however, few know, nor will the media discuss, what the actual reason the Watergate burglary occurred. Nixon was hounded out of the Presidency by the cover up alone. Once he was pardoned, no one dared ask, "Why did E. Howard Hunt break intothe Democratic Headquarters in Watergate building?"
Richard Nixon was a Bush-family asset. He was brought in to politics by Prescott Bush. (2 page pdf; please see third column, page 2) In no small way, Richard Nixon helped to create the Bush presidential dynasty.
If one is willing to wrap their mind around a even a small piece of the ideas and evidence presented here, then there is reason to more closely look at the assassination attempt against President Ronald Reagan 2 months after he took office (and George H.W. Bush was Vice-President). Today we know that Reagan was much closer to death than the media told the public at the time. The man that attempted to murder Ronald Reagan, which would make George H.W. Bush President, was John Hinkley, Jr., son of a family that enjoyed an extremely close relationship to the Bush clan.
If you have read and followed this post up to this point, there is probably no reason to write about what an international disaster the presidency of George W. Bush was -- illegal wars of conquest, war crimes, crimes against humanity, 9/11, largest deficits in US history, massive destruction of U.S. employment, collapse of U.S. economy, collapse of global economies...
So is Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker part of the Bush clan?
Will he also be fraudulently hoisted into the national arena with the full support of the political/economic interests behind the Bush family?
