My experience with the IRS lady...........

So I get this notice that my company is delinquent on some corporate taxes.
I knew that this was incorrect so off to the CPA I go. After confirming that the notice was
incorrect, we set an appointment at the IRS office. I really wasn't sure what to expect
but I was determined to go in with an open mind. After having been kept waiting for over an hour,
we finally were allowed to go into an office. There behind the desk, sat an efficient looking woman
who did not stand to greet us. After several minutes of "official" small talk, alarm bells started going off in my head.
She conducted herself in the smarmy, condescending manner so common to some life time bureaucrats .
At one point, she informed me that "I didn't seem too concerned about the issue", and I agreed that I was not.
She then informed me that this was a "government issue" and that she was a representative of the US Government.
I said " I realize that, and that means that YOU work for ME."

Here is a snapshot of her facial expressions, in this order.
1. Disbelief.
2. Confusion, as she felt the underpinnings of her world view starting to crumble around her
3. Disdain. That anyone DARED to think this way.

And then it happened, all pretense was dropped as she sat back and fixed me with a baleful, arrogant gaze which
if it were translated to words would have said " OH you're one of THOSE!!"

She then took her note pad and scribbled something on it.
I asked her "What was that you wrote?"
She informed me that it was part of her "personal notes"
I asked her, "Is it relative to my case?"
She said "Yes"
I said" May I see it?
She said "no"

At this point, my CPA gave me a nudge with his foot, but I could see the corners of his mouth turning up.
All said and done, we were clean, and as we were leaving she asked tersely "Is there anything else I can
do for you?"
It was all I could do to stop myself from saying "How about an apology?"

These bouncy tales get worse and worse.

In the negative bong range.
That sucked.
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

I don't for a minute believe this actually happened.  If it did, the IRS lady must have been one of the Lois Lerner democrat patronage appointments sent that troubled agency.  A career employee would have informed this pompous a hole that she worked for the IRS and not for her.  Clarice pays taxes (as does the IRS lady) not the salary of the Federal employee.  The govt. pays the IRS lady's salary.

Gee, how come when DUmmies owe taxes, they go all 'Tea Party' ? - If the primitive were true to form, he should have offered to pay more taxes, to spread the wealth.

Yet he didn't.

Why ?

- Could it be they all believe that paying taxes, fees, fines, etc is somebody else's obligation, and not theirs ?

I thought Biden once said that paying taxes is patriotic. Why aren't these DUmmies eager to do their patriotic duty?
Biden is an illegitimate President.  Change my mind.

Where do you think the govt. gets the money to pay the IRS lady's salary?

Baloney!!

I own and operate my own business and have for 25+ years. Anytime the IRS has had questions about my returns, they send letters asking for explanations and documentation to confirm what I've reported. Satisfy that and they're good. I've never had to go in to see them because should it ever get to that point, you don't *want* to go in to see them.

And theses kooks would pee themselves if they got into a face-to-face confrontation with a conservative. Anybody really think they'd have the nads to talk to an IRS agent like that? No way!

If you take this bouncy out of the IRS office and into the checkout line at Trader Joe's, you might have something.

This is the kind of brilliant comments imagined in the classic bouncies of yesteryear.

An admiring audience would applaud as the flustered IRS lady/freeper stumbled out the door in humiliation.
