 I have to do something to make this world better

OK, Alex... make me a sammich. Bacon and cheddar on toasted sourdough bread, with a little mayo.

That will make my world better, an you will get the satisfaction of doing something.

71. except she never said that n/t

Yet consider the currency among the nation's fools and tools of the phrase "I can see Russia from my house," words never uttered by Sarah Palin.  Ironic, is it not?

You know who else is not ready for black liberation?

Black liberationists

Go ahead and sever all ties to the white devil's world. Make and keep your own homes, schools, hospitals and civil society. Tell the white man you want nothing to do with him and from now on you will be your own free and independent man, existing only by your own power.

Good ahead, you worthless ****, I dare you.

She's young, immature, and possibly mentally ill. Why are we even talking about her? There are crazies in every movement.

You just described liberalism. If you weren't so immature and mentally ill, you would have already known that.

That option has been available for a long time now - Most African Americans won't take it.

<snip>
Liberia was founded and established as a homeland for freed African-Americans and ex-slaves settlers, who came from the Caribbean islands and the United States with the help and support from the American Colonization Society. Liberia is Africa's oldest democratic republic and the second oldest black republic in the world after Haiti. Liberia is unique from the rest of the other African countries because it was the only African nation that was colonized and controlled by freed African-Americans and ex-slaves from the Caribbean islands and the United States of America in 1822. Liberia and Ethiopia were only two African countries during the 19th century conquest of Africa that were not controlled or colonized by European powers. According to Historians, Liberia which means "Land of the Free", originated from the freed African-Americans and ex-slaves settlers who founded and established Liberia as a free state. For a time, Liberia was under the United States controlled as a colony for freed African-Americans and ex-slaves from 1822 until the Liberian Declaration of Independence from the American Colonization Society in July 26, 1847. During the colonial era, Liberia was presumed a protectorate of the United States and the Liberian constitution was modeled after the Constitution of the United States, and in 1848 Joseph Jenkins Roberts an African-American, was elected and he became Liberia's first president.[6]
<snip>

Liberia has had nearly 200 years to pull itself up and become a 1st world powerhouse. Yet it hasn't. Could it be that using race and generational lineage as a basis of government isn't such a great idea after all ?

The reason the US succeeded as a nation is because of the (now considered racist) notion of 'The Melting Pot' - the immigrants who came here did so because they wanted to be part of American society. They were industrious, they learned English, they integrated. In doing so, they added the strengths of their cultures and experiences to the United States.

That's different now, isn't it ?
Many of those who come are here for the free stuff. They have no intention of integrating, learning English, or being anything more than Citizens In Name Only. (CINOs... -- I like it.. I need to use that more often :)  ) - instead of the relationship being one of inclusion and cooperation, these new immigrants are living a parasitic variant. - They are living as citizens of [COUNTRY] within the borders of the United States in villages that get nicknames like "Little [COUNTRY OR FOREIGN CITY]" or "[COUNTRY]-Town". It creates divisions that weaken the country as a whole.

Back to Liberia -

Instead of working to attract the Best and Brightest, Liberia wanted one class of people. Former African slaves and their descendants, and other Africans. The country is cut up into tiny pieces where separate traditions are upheld, and various languages are spoken. There is no unity to speak of, so the nation has languished and its people became poor and desperate. Its lack of unified identity ultimately led to two civil wars, helping to ruin what little the nation had to begin with.

Now Back to the USA -

So, now we have groups of people demanding the same thing here. To create a secondary United States based within the borders of the United States based on race. -because integrating into the culture here is considered by many to be racist. I figure if this trend continues, we too will be Liberia in a couple hundred years --or less.

Never mind Liberia. How about just being their own masters here in America?

So far the welfare state has invested $500,000 for every black man, woman and child in the US.

Are they any freer? Are they any more self-determined?

They OUGHT to be furious with white liberals.

Of course - that's the 'reparations' mindset. The thing is, the former slaves were given their own nation, along with US financial aid and protection. And frankly, they blew it. But the liberals keep enticing people with financial carrots if they beg hard enough. The payback to the liberals is servitude. "All this can be yours, for the cost of your vote !"

-As far as I can tell, all former slaves, and slave owners are long dead. So, the time to integrate and be a contributing part of society has been here for a long, long time. -Or leave - If you feel oppressed by the crackas, go to Liberia. Make that country a better place. That is what its there for. Else, pull yourselves up, without pulling everybody else down in the process. Break the psychological chains the liberals keep people in.
