A speech a Republican needs to give

I come to the floor of the Senate today to speak, not as a Republican, but as an American. What I’m about to say will probably cost me my seat at the next election, but so be it. This is not about what’s best for me, or my party, but what’s best for America. It’s time to end the insanity, and take back our once reasoned conservative party.

First of all – No! The President was not born in Kenya! He’s not a secret Muslim, or the love child of Malcolm X and Bernadine Dorn…he’s really not! Now, there came a time when saying what I just said would be “common sense and non-controversial”, but in today’s world of “hate radio” and t-bagging insanity, I’ve just become a traitor to the Republican cause. How the “eff” sick it that? How far have we fallen, where simply stating what we all know to be true, that “President Obama is legally and ethically authorized to serve as President”, would be considered “blasphemy” to the conservative ideology? He’s won two landslide elections, and NO! His voters were not “illegal Immigrants” and his victories were not the result of “massive voter fraud”. He’s an American…PERIOD! What the “eff” is wrong with you people?

And Obamacare? NO! It’s not some “socialist-death-panel-Armageddon enducing” program…it’s a reasoned and rational law, designed to provide comprehensive health care to the uninsured, or under-insured. Hell! A great deal of it came from the “effing” Heritage Foundation. Obamacare is the type of program that Eisenhower, Truman, Kennedy, Reagan and even Lincoln could have got behind. For Christ’s sake, call it Reagan-care if it makes you feel any better, but it’s NOT what the T-bagging idiots have been telling you. It’s not the Apocalypse, unless you think that, as it’s working, it’s demonstrating the vapid, nonsensical and downright crazy ideas that fill the heads of every ******* Limbaugh listener who calls your Senate or House office asking; “why haven’t you had the Sergeant at Arms arrest President Obama yet?” Seriously, these are the people who we Republicans listen to today???

And NO! Planned Parenthood is not involved in some “Black Market criminal conspiracy” to sell “baby-parts” to the highest bidder..AND, they get next to nothing in Federal Funding. Unless we are going to cut off every single medical organization or doctor that takes Medicaid patients, we need to leave Planned Parenthood alone. Oh I know the stories about tiny little hearts being donated for medical research get the crazies in our party fired-up, but its bullshit, and it’s deceitful. Bottom line is that fetal tissue donation is a common practice, and without scientific research, we’d all still be dying at the age of 40 from disease and petulance. And that’s another thing…Science is not a bad thing! It’s not some occult Black Magic designed to ensure you rot in hell. I know that by even saying the word “science”, I run the risk of being primaried in the next election cycle, but like I said, this is not about me. It’s about taking our party back from the brink of fascism and madness.

And all of this horse-shit about taxes?? Hell, that’s all been a ruse for over 30 years so that we can pit one American against another. Joe Six-pack listens to hate-radio, and he’s convinced himself that the only reason he’s not successful, is because his tax money is being taken and given to someone else. Well, you know…HE’S RIGHT! His tax money is being taken and given to someone else, but it’s not the bum on the street, or the criminal, or the non-existent “Welfare Queen”…His money is being taken and given to the Corporate CEO who lines our pockets up here in Washington.

So, there it is. To summarize

- President Obama is an American.

- Obamacare is a program we should support.

- Planned Parenthood is NOT a criminal organization that rivals ISIS.

And

- All this talk of tax-cuts is just Class Warfare against the poor and the middle class.

Those are just 4 examples of the crazy lies being told every day. Those lies are just examples of what you get when you allow hate-radio and Fox News to run your party. It’s time to take back the Republican Party from the crazies.

And Ted Cruz…EFF YOU TOO!!!!

I can't. Sounds like a two year wrote this word salad. Wait, a two year old would make more sense then a DUmmie.

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

Boy, the DUmmies certainly project what they perceive Republicans believe.  It fits the narrative they have created in their skills full of mush.  Of course, that is a Limbaugh line, must have got my marching orders from him.

So, a primitive believes that a Republican should give a speech a primitive would give. Yeah, that makes sense.

I really want to mock this liberal wet dream...but some things are so stupid, you just cannot mock it.

Sounds line a speech I'd expect from either Jeb or McConnell the Wonder Turtle if he ran.

WOW! The DUches are still all butt hurt over the controversy the Hillary! started in 2008 about Obama not being a citizen.

One thing about Trump is that if he is elected we will find out about Obama, his birth, and his college records.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

A speech a Republican needs to give

"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

John C Calhoun, "Disquisition on Government", 1840

Indeed not - Planned Parenthood manages to kill c.300,000 Americans per year, the sort of numbers which ISIS can only dream of.

A speech an Obama voter should give:

I am so sorry. Really, truly, terribly sorry. I would pledge to not ever let it happen again, but lets face it, I have proven more than once that I am susceptible to the cult of personality and the lure of the hive mind.  I accept that I will never get better and therefore, at this time, I am committing myself to exile in an existing socialist hellhole, such as Cuba or North Korea, and leaving the good people of the United States of America alone. I beg my fellow DUmmies to muster up that brief moment of crystal clarity and join me so that America can go back to what it is a good at, namely being great and good and a beacon of hope for the world, while we can muster on as low-level officials both fearing and making others fearful for their lives at the hands of government bureaucracy.
“A man who has been through bitter experiences and travelled far enjoys even his sufferings after a time”
― Homer, The Odyssey
