Bernie Sanders and Martin O'Malley were ambushed, and they are owed an apology.

And y'all Bernie Sanders supporters are gonna **** it up for Bernie. You're mad for your candidate. We're mad about losing our lives. #NN15

This is a severe problem within the progressive community. Black Issues are often pushed aside. Candidates need to be pushed back. #NN15

Democrat party candidates for president Martin O'Malley and the liver spotted old gentleman from Vermont went to speak at some big lefty konklave and got ambushed by a bunch of howling black lives matter activists.  The protesters heckled and disrupted the candidates while they were trying to give their stump speeches, then the protesters heckled them some more as the candidates tried to respond to whatever it was that the protesters were howling about, then the protesters wailed about how the candidates weren't listening to them.

To top it all off, O'Malley made the mistake of saying that all lives matter, which sets off these Black Lives Matter people quicker than touching their hair.

Hillary was smart enough to not show up for this circus, but probably watched it all play out while enjoying a bag of popcorn and one of those strong alcholic drinks that she is so fond of.

There are something like 200 comments and a good number of them are saying that the whole fiasco is some kind of a plot by Hillary to make a fool out of Ol' Liver Spots.

Black issues are almost 95% self inflicted.

I'm all for it, though.

When the Bernies stop being so self-righteous and so rude and so uppity, I might feel more kindly towards them.  But not now.

Whichever Dem candidate can give the best lip service to the concerns of the black community will get their vote. But when it comes to practical application and actually caring about them (other than their votes), they're all the same. IOW, nothing will be any different.

This is awesome.  Identity politics is now brazenly attacking the old school class politics and Bernie has no idea what to do about it.  This is the same thing that really disrupted the whole occupy movement as I understand it.

The 2016 democrat national convention in Philadelphia is shaping up to be a replay of the 1968 convention in Chicago.  If the democrat PTB were smart they would do something to mollify the Black Lives Matter leaders ahead of time, like give them their own show on MSNBC or some other Justice Brothers type payoff.

Yep. I was 10 years old in 68. It warms my heart to see to see hippy heads meeting nightsticks.

Just to remind the DUmmies who are reading this. This beat down was brought to you by the Democrat Convention, and a Democrat run city. The cops were Democrats. The protestors were Democrats.

It was sometime during that period that Shirley Chisolm ran for president.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

The Ds have leeched off blacks - for votes, not financially - for decades, delivering zero, zip, and nada. It's good to see the Ds getting called on it. I'd rather see blacks awakening and turning from the D policies that have encouraged so many to be dependent on government programs, but I'll settle for the race-baiters and Ds destroying each other.

What do you expect when your party relies on class warfare, race warfare, and divisive rhetoric.

They all hate each other, they just unite for the overwhelming hatred of the white Christian conservative.
