17. One simple, seemingly innocuous law would put an end to this shit : target the IT people with a
draconian 1 day in jail per fraudulently tabulated vote. It's reasonable inasmuch as 1 day in jail is not cruel punishment for willfully obstructing a valid voter from casting their rightful vote. But an IT person who doesn't have a million dollars for legal fees will think twice before becoming a pawn in computer based electoral fraud involving thousands of votes.
