A San Francisco woman whose husband and two sons were gunned down last month â€” allegedly by an illegal immigrant who remained in the city despite previous crimes â€” is demanding the city do something about its sanctuary law.

Danielle Bologna was widowed on June 22 when Edwin Ramos, 21, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, allegedly gunned down her husband, Anthony, and two sons, Matthew and Michael, in a road rage incident when her family was returning from a picnic.

Ramos has been charged with three counts of murder in the case, according to the San Francisco Chronicle

An alleged gang member in the car tried to discard a gun, but police recovered it and later concluded that it had been used in a double killing, authorities said.

The police report of the incident cited "numerous documented contacts" that officers had with Ramos and the man who allegedly discarded the gun, and said both were active members of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) street gang.

San Francisco prosecutors, however, declined to file charges against Ramos, saying they couldn't prove that he knew his companion had the gun.

It's not the first time this has happened. It will take allot more then just one person suffering like this to get the attention of the Politicians. It will take the loss of one of their family members in a similar way or a drive by or what ever before the Congress acts to enforce the laws. This country gave up to soon when they had Congress running from their own office phones and faxes when the immigration bill came up. If you want change you'll have to cone close to storming the gates of Congress. last year they had an illeagle kill 3 young girls in a car crash and like SF that city had sanctuary laws too. It took Bill O'Reily and allot of others to bring pressure on the libtard mayor and they still didn't get her to recognize the fact that a person got away with motor vehicular homicide over their law. If it were the way it should be there would be a wall between us and Mexico not a fence.

Ummm, last time I read my copy of the Constitution, Congress and the Congress-shits don't enforce laws, resolutions, supoenas, regulations, declarations of war, peace treaties or edicts from on high. Their job is to propose, write, and authorize by majority consent the laws that are to be enforced - within the limits of authority granted that body. The sole finger they have in the enforcement pie once the law is on the books is in ensuring the adequate funding of the EXECUTIVE BRANCH agency tasked with that mission.

Congress has been pathetic in funding border enforcement - probably since Black Jack Pershing was reassigned to the Expeditionary Forces headed for France, but it is the Executive Branch - with the lack of spinal fortitude out of the Chief Executives from BOTH parties - that has been derelict in it's Constitutional responsibilities to secure our national borders.

Defense attorney wants gag order in SF triple murder case

The attorney for a reputed gang member charged with murdering a San Francisco man and his two sons said today he will seek a gag order in the case, claiming media coverage has damaged his client's right to a fair trial.

The comments by defense attorney Robert Amparan came after he appeared with his client, Edwin Ramos, during a brief court appearance in connection with the June 22 triple slaying.

"False information is being placed out there, his rights are being violated - in terms of the disclosure of alleged juvenile records" said Amparan

We had that problem in Houston where an illegal immigrant killed a respected police officer. He should of been given the death penalty. Too many bleeding hearts have invaded Houston.

Your right,but Congress had the oppurtunity to set the ball in motion by funding the Border patrol and other means to stop this and they didn't. All the President can do is say he wants stricter enforcement and order the border patrol and who ever else is involve to do it. You can't do that without funding.
