This may sound crazy to some people. In light of US Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare and gay marriage, one has to wonder, is there something going on. This does not just come out of the blue. There is something going on. The Supreme Court and Congress are among the oldest on record despite the fact that President Barack Obama is one of the youngest President.
You notice the faces of Black Lives Matter, gay marriage, transgender, environmental, Islam, and anything the left likes are often older people. Yes, you heard it right. Just look at Bruce Jenner, Al Sharpton, and Jonathan Gruber. Notice many people who are the leaders of gay marriage fight and race are older. Every time I see a gay person marry, it is always an older one, not younger one. I see many young Blacks involved in many protests, but again, it is the older ones who benefit the most from it at their cost. They do not even realize it.
Many people in academia are often older and are not willing to retire despite age. Of course there are exceptions. It is no wonder why it is so hard to be a professor. Those professors like to indoctrinate young people to be leftist. However, behind the scenes, they look down on the young. They see the young as competing with them as they could take their power away from them. They do not want their territory to be invaded by young people. This would explain why DU lacks young people, like Millennials.
Even though young people are more likely to be for Obamacare, gay marriage, or anything liberal. Of course not all young people are for it, but a good number of them are for it. The truth, they mostly benefit the older. Younger people do not benefit at all because it does not create jobs. In fact, Millennials, have some of the highest unemployment rate. The older people are less likely to retire nowadays due to financial reasons. They are all just distractions to a much bigger problem, the weak economy. Gays are not going to marry in masses. Many gays do not want to marry and are happy as they are. Obamacare is likely to collapse as Gruber has stated. It is the younger ones who are going to get screwed the most and many do not even realize it.
It is no coincidence that Barack Obama was nominated in 2008 over Hillary Clinton. Obama is a young and fresh face, while Clinton is well established. Obama was chosen because he was the younger face, more appealing to younger people than Clinton. Obama could of chosen a younger Vice President, but instead chose Joe Biden, like Clinton, well established with seniority. In the 2016 Election, there are no Democrats under the age of 50. The average age by 2017 for Democrats is 67.5. The median is 69.5. The youngest is Martin O'Malley, while oldest is Bernie Sanders. This is out of six Democrats. On the Republicans, the youngest is Bobby Jindal and Marco Rubio. The oldest is Donald Trump. The average age by 2017 is 57.23, while median is 61. One could suspect that the Democrats in 2016 have older candidates because again, it is the older ones who have the real power.
History has shown that student led revolutions do not benefit them despite the ones for it. In fact, they are the first to go and often end up killed. French Revolution, Russian Revolution, Chinese Revolution, Iranian, and Arab Spring come to mind. The revolutions benefit the older ones at the cost of younger ones. Liberalism is for the older, not younger. Younger people are just subjects to the left and many of them look down on the young. They do not say it openly.
