Seriously, how can NO ONE be responsible for a security breach this massive? I'd say the DIRECTOR should be held responsible, but in this admknistrafion, that would mean she'd get promoted.

Many of them got nearly 6 figure bonuses.
Must be nice to be incompetent like the chief executive and get drastically overcompensated for it.

The guy who is ultimately responsible makes an outlandish claim that no one is responsible.
That seems to me to be the most obvious grounds for the person making those claims to be terminated immediately.

I immediately move for the Army to follow this management model. Imagine how much more effective we'd be if "needs much improvement" blocks got you a bonus! </sarc>
