Apparently they had no backup plan for what to do when their escape ride failed to show. And it appears that their survival skills are rudimentary at best. Or they are not all that smart. Or both. Because no way should you have to break into a cabin for food in June in upstate New York. And no way should they still be in the same area of the prison. They could have walked out of there and been just about anywhere by now.

Take a step back and read that carefully.

The DUmmy seems to bemoan the cons' lack of skills and preparation in breaking out. This post reads like they will get caught not by the grace of God, but because of their own stupidity.

Which leads me to believe: the cons must have killed cops or white people. Certainly no one black or an abortion doctor.

Weird. You'd think these law-and-order DUmmies would be hot on the trail of MURDERERS. Guess not. Hope they don't try to take refuge at a DUmmy's place. Or maybe I hope they do.

I was discussing this with some co-workers yesterday.  They've probably been laying low during the day, covering themselves in mud to escape the black flies that are everywhere.  So, they're traveling at night, and they're probably fairly close to roads so they can remain oriented then.  I'm not sure where they're going, but the Mohawk reservation isn't that far away.  The problem is that the Mohawks are at least as likely to turn them in to the NYSP, maybe more so, than to let them transit the reservation and get into Canada.

Those black flies can't be fun.  You're right, BSS, those Mohawks will not turn a blind eye.  They don't like any miscreants on the reservation, such as drug dealers.

30-35 years ago, better than even chance they would let them go.  Now?  Not a chance.
