One thought is that the original author (Pelosi) taught it to Ryan, & now he's doing it.

I have a dream.  Because the House & Senate are well funded by K street, wall street, book deals, etc., we should immediately cut off their salaries & benefits, & make it a voluntary Congress.  After all, what is their usual work week, 2.5 days?   & since they no longer represent the taxpayer, but do represent corporate lobbyists, the military industrial complex, & any other outside groups that will give them money to vote if you pay, why are we, the taxpayers, paying them anything?   Crazy, huh.

So by now we know some R's voted against Obamatrade, but Nancy Pelosi & her Dems helped bring TAA down, & since it was a package deal it put the entire trade bill on hold.

Here's one of the comments from the hotair site from a different perspective.  I don't agree with all of it, but its an interesting read. Elsewhere, its looking good for big biz, well padded rinos, & drooling Dems that it will pass on Tuesday.

"Beware of Pelosi. This vote was staged. This time, big unions ‘fought’, probably as hard as bill Clinton used to fight, for the American worker. The same unions fought just as hard for amnesty against the American worker. That is one big clue.

Hillary made a point to have zero opinion on the TPA TPP. That is clue two.

The DEMs had been taking a huge hit for executive amnesty, the surge, busing in illegals. IMHO Ferguson was staged. They picked a cop shooting where the cop was going to be proven innocent. Then, Obama staged his executive amnesty speech for the day they knew the Grand jury would exonerate the cop. That kept black America focused on racism, and off the fact Obama had just given away their jobs.

Until TPA, the DEMs were weakened, Hillary sinking. 2016 is coming. They had to wash off the stink.

Someone decided Ryan was expendable. He gave them an opener.

The DEMS could afford to assign votes against the bill to those with upcoming elections. The RINOs were guaranteed to vote yea. If the bill lost, Pelosi could take credit. If the bill won, Pelosi would get a bill that empowered Obama, the public would blame the RINOs, and Pelosi could run her ponies on the fact they fought to save America. Win win for Pelosi. Note the MSM is giving all credit for the opposition to the DEMS.

Pelosi and Boehner luv each other. They were playing good cop bad cop. The RINOs could tell their billionaires they tried. The DEMs get as much $$ from the same donors, and the $$ will only increase if the bill fails – because that is how you milk a goat

The biggest clue is the MSM playbook. Pelosi on the white goat, and the unions, saving America from the big DEM donors. And Hil hid under a basket, as advised. She will eventually remember her position of TPP, after more push polling.

Congress pays itself from the Treasury. We (you and I) have nothing to do with it, except to foot the bill.
