This post nearly made me physically ill.
1. This DUmmy of course immediately deflects the issue by instead talking about how it should be illegal to say anything negative about Islam (While of course the DUmmies and other leftists love openly spreading hatred against Christians).
2. The DUmmy actually has the gall to refer to the homicidal nutjobs in question as the "Victims" in this case, and states that they were just "Defending their religion" (You know, by shooting people), implying that the REAL criminals here were people expressing their 1st Amendment rights.
3. Free Speech rights can indeed, within reason (i.e. Not using vulgar racist slurs or openly inciting violence or crime), include speech that is deemed hateful or offensive. For instance, a KKK chapter can hold a rally in a public area if they fulfill all the proper permits and other legal requirements and stay within the law with what they say. A downside of living in a free country with freedom of speech is that those rights are also given to those whose views you may strongly disagree with. I'd certainly take that kind of society over a "Benevolent" dictatorship in which there are no free speech rights out of fear that somebody might say something offensive. But, of course, this DUmmy would be perfectly fine with such a dictatorship.

To be fair about it,there are some on that thread who argue against this stuff but it is pretty amazing that for all the hate DUmbasses have for law enforcement and prison most are pretty eager to use it to silence those they disagree with.
