First note: Of course Elijah Cummings is proud of Baltimore - he's a race-baiting asshole along the lines of Sharpton.  He's proud that the thugs of Baltimore destroyed businesses and injured police officers.

Second note:  How the hell did Kyle (gothmog) obtain his law degree?  By mail?

I was about to say that Baltimore is part of his district. Two things leap out at me from that map. First, his district is very obviously gerrymandered to keep him in office. Second, what does the northern part of his district resemble?

Elijah Cummings was so very happy that this crap in Baltimore happened. It helped him personally.

The news of more of Lois Lerner's emails being found went unnoticed by most people and especially the MSM.  Cummings has been one of the most vocal defenders of the IRS and their targeting of conservatives groups.

Mainly because his hands are dirty and he is involved with the very same thing that the committee he sits on is investigating. He should have recused  himself at the very start of the investigation.
