Yep, she brags about living in such a wealthy area that her social services are less than they would be in other parts of Philly. I have PCIntern and misanthrope's real home address, maybe I should PM them to Torch.

It's still mired down at $1,026, way short of the $4,000 demanded.

It looks to me as if the primitives are being Skippyesque here, thinking that "k&r"ing the thread on Skins's island is the same thing as actually making a donation.

Furthermore to the extent that she can use manipulation, she is trying to extort the money from the DUmmies.
