I think she types it in Russian, translates it to Spanish, the translates that to English.

What she meant to say in English: I do not know what I am doing.

In Russian: Я не знаю, что мне делать.

Into Spanish: No sé que a mí hacer.

Back into English: I do not know that to me to do

Auto-"correct" is not my friend, nor is the size of my phone's "keyboard", but I read before sending.

Assuming she really meant her phone's GPS was working, either she's in a somewhat remote place, or she shut it off somehow.
