Am in the hospital a week now


The bipolar problems I've had for more than a year made it necessary to come in. Not so much depression ultimately as tremendously bad sleep patterns. They're not close to being resolved even after a week here. But the hospital is very nice. The staff is lovely and the patients, while troubled, are too. I'm in good hands. But tired.

Who picked up the tab for that?

It's amazing what booze and pills can do to mess up your sleep problems. Is "hospital" a euphemism for detox center?
