Karl Rove is reviled by just about every walk of life. I have witnessed first hand Rove walk into a room filled with hard-core, high level Republicans in a deep red state, and he was totally ignored. He could have been a bus boy or the guy whose dog just shit on the rug.

Talked with Madeleine Albright for about ten minutes; Bobby Kennedy, Jr for about 20 minutes (I actually don't like some of his environmental views). Talked with Rick Perry for about an hour (I like him). Colin Powell. Rove? No.

I was half right.

Are the inhabitants of The Cave truly incapable of civilized discussion? Are all conversations here a silly competition to see who make the best and quickest slam of the Dump Monkey?
