Equally true of Obozo, who left no published trace of his Law Review editorial tenure, which would be somewhat unusual for a non-affirmative action student who had actually earned any such a position at any law school.  And of course Manbearpig, the sooperjeenyus with a slightly worse academic record (As a legacy student himself) than W.

Cruz argued cases before the Supreme court and won more than he lost. Obama sued companies for social justice.

Hell, use it now... 0 is an alumni of Ivy League schools also.

If they want to go this route, I'll play their silly little game. You want to say elite schools don't equal attendance? Then Harvard, Yale, et al, no longer mean anything and are just as respectable as Univ of Idaho (cough, Sarah Palin, cough)...

Ted Cruz is brilliant.

I would love for him to be appointed to the Supreme Court to replace Scalia when we win the Presidency in 2016.
Maybe Scalia can live to 100, and Cruz can replace Kennedy.

The Rhodes scholarship has nothing to do with intelligence, it's a political scholarship for the shaping of future world leaders. I never understood why Fox Mulder was made a Rhodes Scholar except that it was during the Clinton era and Rhodes scholarships were all the rage.

I wasn't even thinking about Ruth.  Hopefully she's stubborn and tries to hold out.

It's time for Republicans to nominate the most conservative justices.

The Democrats always nominate the most far left zealots.

Somehow George. H.W. Bush nominated a freaking liberal in Souter.

And when the Dems fought the Bork nomination, we settled for Kennedy... the moderate judge.

Even better, he wins POTUS, nominates Ginsberg's and Kennedy's replacements over 2 terms, then President Walker nominates Cruz to replace Souter.

A permanent 6-3 majority. Think of how much truly unconstitutional crap could get rolled back.
