Fox Grooming a Replacement for Governor Mike?
« on: March 22, 2015, 01:40:40 PM »
As even those who profess to hate Fox know, Mike Huckabee had a weekly show on Fox and resigned when he felt there's a possibility he might seek to run for president again. (Ohmahgawd – an ethical politician!) He didn't want to put Fox in the bind of being accused of officially supporting his campaign.

There was never any doubt about where Mike stood and issues and he made no bones about his support for Christianity. He is, after all, an ordained minister.

We all know, of course, that every single personality supports Governor Mike.

Anyhow, I was quite surprised to see who co-hosted the weekend Fox and Friends – ex-Senator Scott Brown.

How did he day? Okay, I guess. He did shock me about being so open about his personal life and his views were not that surprising. I also wonder is he has what it takes to host a weekly show.

Any examples? I'm curious.

What you describe is consistent with the kind of introductory things a prospective new host might do, run his life and views up the flagpole to see if anybody like what they hear.

Not the first time Scott Brown has been on F&F as a host.

I remember him talking about someone in his family - maybe him? - going through 4 divorces on both sides. Moving from place to place, never having a base.

To read the following on Wiki blew me away! That he even made it out of high school is a miracle!

Brown had a difficult childhood; after her divorce, his working mother received welfare benefits.[14] Brown experienced sexual abuse from a camp counselor who threatened to kill the 10-year-old boy if he told anyone—which he did not disclose, even to his family, until his autobiography Against All Odds (2011)[15]—and physical abuse from his stepfathers.[16] During various periods of his childhood, Brown lived with his grandparents and his aunt. He shoplifted many times,[16] and was arrested for stealing record albums and brought before Judge Samuel Zoll in Salem, Massachusetts at the age of 12.[17] Zoll asked Brown if his siblings would like seeing him play basketball in jail and required Brown to write a 1,500-word essay on that question as his punishment. Brown later said, "that was the last time I ever stole."[9]
