A question for DUers
« on: March 19, 2015, 07:20:39 PM »
I know you lurk here. I also know you're scared to post here so you are free to post your answer at DU.

Since 1976 how many national elections have been won by Republicans instead of "stolen"?
“Don’t vote for the person who tells you you deserve something. Just don’t do it if it’s something other than life, liberty, or the pursuit of possible happiness. If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe

You are asking a question of people that deny Reagan ever won in a landslide....  obumbles though won both his elections in a landslide.   :mental:

I understand it is strange to be asking that particular question to that particular group, but I'm trying to determine if "it was stolen" is simply the default answer to every Republican victory. I assume that is the case which brings forward other questions. For instance...

Do they use that default answer simply to avoid admitting defeat or do they really believe it?

If they really believe, is it because of delusion? Is it because of gross stupidity? Is it because of some other mental disorder (other than liberalism)?

If it is merely stupidity, should we, as a compassionate society, attempt to educate them by sending them on all expenses paid field trips to places like Iran, North Korea and ISIS controlled territory?

It was stolen, it is racism, our message didn't get out, people voting against their best interest, voters are too stupid to understand our message, and I am sure I have missed a few others.  I think they have a rotating rolodex of excuses.  Their real problem is they think they should be at the top of the heap for the simple reason they are oh so smart and we are oh so stupid.   To achieve that goal, they take their cue from the MSM and the MSM follows the simple maximum:

1. Destroy the opponents credibility
2. Once destroyed, ridicule the opponent
3. Once ridiculed, the opponent will be ignored
4. Once ignored, the opponent will go away.

What the dummies do not realize is they are the ones that are sheep. Effective sheep, parroting their MSM master's message en masse, but sheep never the less.  :cheersmate:

I really don't care what their problem is... I vote for the one in red!

My Alinsky detector is going off.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Speaking of Alinsky, I learned not long ago that he intended to "organize" the residents of hell when he died. Wonder how that's working out for him?
