Virulently Anti-American: 81 Percent Of Russians Now View The United States Negatively

How can there ever be peace in this world when divisive leaders like Obama exist? There was a time when the USA was looked up to as a shining example of what freedom represents. What a shame it's come down to this.

Interesting that you should mention fences.
President Reagan had to contend with one of the most divisive and extensive "fences" ever built was the Berlin wall.
But before we see how owebuma would have handled that delicate but dangerous foreign policy, lets see how he would have handled other pivotal historical events...
