Honestly, I don't see how this doesn't splatter on 0. He was nominally her boss, and yet he allowed her to break the law? When he is sworn to execute the laws (not that that's ever stopped him)? He MUST have sent her at least one email in 4 years, therefore he can't claim ignorance.

Personally, I like Allen West's take on it: Hillary at the least concealed her emails by having her own server and not submitting them to DOS. This is a felony that carries not only 3 years in prison (I wouldn't dare hope that she'd get that), but permanent disqualification from holding office ("and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States").

They're trying, but failing.  More an more is coming out and everyone is noticing.  I have to agree with those that feel the media is not going to go out of its way to completely cover for her.  Oh, they'll make an attempt, but I think they want Fauxchohantas Trotsky.

I'm somewhat mystified by something - I have yet to figure out if this is something that came out accidentally, which may be sticking to HRC, if this was done by the rabid left who actually believe she is a conservative, and this opens the door for Warren - or if this is a parting punch in the nose by the Obama's themselves.

Any one of these scenarios is possible.

Notice how I left out "Was leaked by a Republican" as an option. We all know there is no way any of them would do anything like that. They are either too cowardly, or they believe such a move is beneath them.

Which is why they lose.

If that's their plan, they might be overdoing it. She could legitimately end up being charged for concealment or destruction of federal records. I only caught the end of it, but Hannity said yesterday that this is exactly what Joe Klein is saying, that is going on within the White House.  Supposedly, there are six active investigations of Hillary by the Obama White House.  They feel that she'd be like Bill was--willing to work with Republicans and not veer the country harder to the Left.  Apparently, this is being driven by Valerie Jarrett (who else) and Obama himself.

AP isn't doing this because they want to get to the bottom of the scandal...they ar trying to provide Hillary and Pbama some top cover...they KNOW threre are damaging revelations in there on a number of things.

However...

AP gets ahold of the emails...says "nothing to see here move along" and the rest of the MSM will parrot the same narrative.
