It wouldn't surprise me if Charles Krauthammer diagnosed owebuma as a sociopath as well.

Slick Willie was the archetype of a high-functioning sociopath.  They are capable of being absolutely convincing because no matter what outrageous bullshit they spew, they actually believe it themselves while they're saying it, but they live completely in the moment and as soon as the lie leaves their lips, it's like it never existed to them.  The past, future, and consequences don't matter to them the way they do to normal people.
