Time magazine also affirmed that the only reason that Slow Joe Biden gets away with constantly pawing and rubbing himself on other men's wives and daughters is because he's a Dem http://time.com/3713264/joe-biden-stephanie-carter-shoulder-rub/, but you probably won't hear much about that at the dump.
