The report says “frozen over” but that's obviously an overstatement. The other problem is that such pictures have shown up before on the internet and they were from several years ago. However, as far as I can tell – and because I've seen this on various sites – this appears to be real.

Maybe we won't have to hear so much about "greenhouse gases".
If they are "greenhouse gases" they aren't working very well.
They are working in reverse, making the "climate" colder.
