The "Reflection Letter" as punishment for raping an unconscious woman on Campus.
This story is disturbing on so many levels.

The woman literally passed out and according to his friend (John) who was participating, Daniel Caskey kept going.

John also testified at the hearing. "At some point, she began to get rather weak,'' he said. "And then I believe she blacked out. And then he kept going."

What these two douchebags did was take advantage of a very drunk young lady--so drunk she passed out---and then after she passed out, continued.

Oh---but he get's to stay in school albeit a suspension until the fall of 2016---- and of course he must write a ****ING Reflection letter.

Caskey's punishment included being suspended through the spring 2016 semester and writing a "reflection" paper, documents filed in Orange Circuit Court showed.

What do you write with something like that?

I'm spitting man just writing this. I have a daughter who attends FSU and swear to God if something like this happened to her I'd go stark raving mad.

The DUmmies believe that if a woman is drunk, then she can not give consent to sex.  However, they also believe that a man being equally drunk should be fully responsible for his actions.

I think this works to ways, there is a reason for the phrases, coyote ugly and 12 pack drunk when referring to women. Women often take advantage of a drunk man to get what they want, also.

I posted this because when reading it, I suddenly remembered that the truemud primitive, who's utterly dominated by his wife, a few years ago "sat down" and "had a talk" with his then-teenaged sons about how "all men are rapists," and how they, as males, had the same within themselves.

The truemud primitive looks normal, but actually he's one sick individual.

No one is in favor of taking advantage in any way of a person that has inebriated themselves however I suspect much of this is a feminist excuse for buyers remorse after they willingly scratch a horny itch but then want to pretend to be pure.
