33. Yep ...
The difference between rich and wealthy is ... do you have to do anything other than wake up, and, maybe, sign your name, to get money versus actually having to be someplace at an appointed time (with some or a lot of flexibility) and do something (no matter how minimal) once you get there.
I catch a lot of flak here and other places when I say include everyone that receives a W-2 on their primary source of income ... no matter how much they get paid ... as a working class ally ... whether they believe it or not.
numbnuts actually has part of this right.
I've been taught that rich is someone with a lot of money they work for. Wealthy is someone who doesn't have to go to work due to the assets they have paying them more than they spend.
Here's where the DUmmies need to pay attention;
If I have income producing properties and they produce $2,000/month for me, as long as I keep my bills below $1,200/month I'M WEALTHY!
Of course, I'm the one running the risk on the properties because every once in awhile you accidentally rent to a DUmmie who thinks you owe them a place to live and you have expenses like eviction, and repairs for the holes they knocked in the walls because you asked them to do something like ... oh, I don't know ... pay the f*cking RENT!
