Does the nickname Joni "bread bags" Ernst fit?

Or should she be referred to as "Wonder woman"?

You Dummies have no ideas whatever so ever. Just name calling.

I seem to recall the phrase "Great minds discuss great ideas, small minds discuss people".  "DU the un-thinking mans forum."

So.....I didn't see the state of the misunion speech, nor the Republicans' response.

No television.

Is it true she was wearing plastic bread-bags over her shoes?

If so, maybe it might've been to protect her shoes from the excresence Obama spread all around last night?

She was n't last night, but she talked about her and others doing it when they were kids.

When you were a kid....Did your Mother make you wear bread bags
over your shoes inside your snow boots? I was just throwing a bread wrapper away, and this memory came to me. It would take hours (minutes even) to try and shove the whole bagged up mess into our boots. I was just wondering if this was a common practice or another of my mother's quirky rules...like putting Listerine on our scalps after washing our hair.  :hi:

1. Yep, I had that. Hated it.

Was always uncomfortable and awful as ****.

Finally made my mom buy me snow boots that DIDN'T fit a show in them.

46. And for some inexplicable reason, my brothers and I always fought
over the wonder bags.

2. We did it, too!
I was just mentioning this to my husband, who grew up in the South - so no bread-bagged boots!

We always had to hold them up around our calves while our mom tried to "slip" the boot on! It took about 30 mintues to get 2 of us ready and then we'd only stay outside for about 15 minutes before we got too cold!

Ah! Fun times! thanks for the memory!

There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

Jealousy is an ugly thing. A woman who's worked harder growing up than most DUmmies will do in a lifetime, pulled herself up without a single government program, a military vet who truly defines what feminists say women should be. Except she hasn't lived the life of "Julie" who continues to whine about what she doesn't have and expects her government daddy give her the rights Joni Ernst has earned on her own. The fact that she's attractive and feminine is icing on the cake. They can't stand women or minorities who prove the left's antiquated definition of independence (trading hubby for the government is NOT independence) and fake feminism is bullshit.

Between her earned BA and NA, her 20+ years of Reserve & ING service (including a deployment to the ME) and her service in elected office, Joni Ernst has more accomplishments, probably, than 2-4 DU folk combined. She's laughing at these mockers.
