Joni Ernst to give official Republican response to State of Union speech

The brand new U.S. Senator from my home state was selected to do so.  She appears to be an actual conservative, not a RINO.  I take this as fantastic news.

No link, just heard it on local radio.

Trust me, the media and DUmmies & far left are going to give her the "Palin" treatment.  They tried during the Senate campaign, it didn't work, she won rather easily.  They will double down their efforts now.

Yep. She ran against a smarmy lawyer who pulled all the dirty tricks and unlike Bush, she fought back.

I know her and have worked with her. She is the real deal when it comes to conservative values. I'm betting the response she gives will have Barry Big Ears a whining for a week.
