Nigeria: 2,000 feared killed in Boko Haram's 'deadliest massacre'
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/jan/09/boko-haram-deadliest-massacre-baga-nigeria

Quote
Hundreds of bodies – too many to count – remain strewn in the bush in Nigeria from an Islamic extremist attack that Amnesty International described as the “deadliest massacre” in the history of Boko Haram.

Fighting continued on Friday around Baga, a town on the border with Chad where insurgents seized a key military base on 3 January and attacked again on Wednesday.

“Security forces have responded rapidly, and have deployed significant military assets and conducted air strikes against militant targets,” said a government spokesman.

Africa has to deal with Jihadists and in this case, Boko Haram.  :argh:

12 socialist Frenchmen = lot of TV air time....2,000 black Africans, not much.

They especially don't want to talk about the fact that Obama gave the cold shoulder to the Nigerians in fighting them, because the Nigerians (Also plagued by having lots of Boko Haram-sympathetic Muslims in positions of authority or influence) used methods not deemed sufficiently Marquis de Queensbury rules by Obozo's State Department (With Guess Hoo in charge of it).

Boko Haram is jealous of the airtime--and recruiting ability--given AQAP with the Paris attacks.  I'd expect IS to do a 'one-up' attack soon. :censored:

Boko Haram is targeting northeastern Nigeria in particular with these slaughters and the country itself was on shaky ground to begin with - the Nigerian president is a Christian but he is as or more corrupt than most African leaders are. Elections are coming up in a matter of weeks them, and Boko Haram is using intimidation and other terrorist tactics to "influence" them. The Western media's reaction to this is not so different than that of Kenya in 2005.

The horrific aftermath of Boko Haram massacre on Nigerian villages: Before and after satellite images lay bare destruction caused by militants in attack that killed 2,500 people

Quote
The destruction wreaked by Islamist militants in Nigeria when they slaughtered an estimated 2,500 people including a woman while she was in labour has been revealed in shocking new satellite images.

Terror group Boko Haram outraged the world last week when they indiscriminately murdered innocent men, women and children as they attacked the towns of Baga and Doron Baga.

Now, new images obtained by Amnesty International show how the towns were devastated by the assault - with more than 3,700 structures including houses and schools completely destroyed.

Now, 2,500 people have been killed by this evil and fanatical group. Boko Haram is very dangerous like ISIS and Al-Qaeda.  :argh:

Ptarmy, I point you to what I said upthread:

They are in a 'competition,' of sorts.  Who can kill the most 'infidels.' :fuelfire:

....and when the infidels fight back by sweeping through muslim villages killing muslims, the muslims will scream like the little sissies they are and the world will demand something be done about the infidels.
