Can't do it.

1.  Too many libs in NYC.
2.  Libs don't bathe.

There wouldn't be enough "bathwater" to water a potted plant.  (vegetable or animal)

OTOH, if you flood it with toilet water...   :whistling:

Two NYPD members got shot last night in the Bronx while responding to a grocery store robbery.  One in the back, one in the arm.  Both expected to fully recover.
