Big Mo Is Tired
« on: January 03, 2015, 04:05:35 PM »
Coach has said that our newly-crowned Top DUmmy has complained about every affliction known to mankind, including prostate trouble.

Now we know she was just tired. That's why she's hated by everyone who has ever known her.

Is it fatigue or laziness?

Everyone recommends exercise as a way of handling autoimmune fatigue. But some days, it's hard to move and I tend to feel guilty in this exercise/fitness conscious society . One thing I've noticed is that when I'm in trouble, I have difficulty doing normal tasks and really feel it when I do push myself. On the other hand, once a flare recedes, I find myself surprised at how strong I seem to be and how easy it is to do things. So I've reached to stage where I tell myself to slow down when I need to, and not feel guilty about it.

2. you just gotta do what you gotta do.

i go through the same, mostly related to how i am sleeping. if i am feeling horrid, i will still do my yoga, mostly, but i try to forget what i was able to do the week before.
but it is probably the hardest part. if i dont have a deadline of some sort, i try not to push it. if i have to i do. but i pay the price, and any more, i expect the bill when it arrives.

4. yeah, it is hard.

and in all honestly, my fatigue really ruined my life. it made me an exhausted, crabby mom, and not the world's cheeriest wife, either.
maybe if i had known what was going on earlier, we all could have adjusted better.
but it's hard not to agree with those around you that you are lazy when you sleep half the day and your house is a mess, and you dont know why.

pushing through those walls just makes them fall on you. if i could have just taken better care of myself, and not ended up worse off ALL.THE.TIME maybe my family would still be intact. who knows.

so hard to be a good partner when you are sick.

autoimmune fatigue? Thats a new one for me.
Must be code for, "I'm on the Disability Bandwagon even though I'm fine."

If this is so debilitating...why start a farm? The violations tell us she doesn't keep it up. But why start one when you are just too lazy to keep it going?

Something tells me we'll have another homeless DUmmy before long.

Coach has said that our newly-crowned Top DUmmy has complained about every affliction known to mankind, including prostate trouble.

And hemophilia, and besides the West Nile virus, the East Nile virus, the North Nile virus, and the South Nile virus.  I'll bet she's claimed ebola, although not anywhere where decent and civilized people can read it.

When one of her daughters got porphyria, the ailment that drove George III nuts, I expected Big Mo would appropriate it for herself, but she hasn't so far.

Big Mo's obsessive hypochondria is the consequence of a subconscious guilty conscience; deep inside, she knows she can be a better person, a Gift to Humanity, but closer towards the surface, she doesn't want to be.

Her problem's spiritual, not physical, but she of course denies that God, and the spiritual, exist.  And so there's no resolution, no remedy, for her.  She's a lost cause; she might as well just keep hanging around Fat Che.

2014 was a bad year for Big Mo, until her DOTY triumph.

I'll bet it all seems worthwhile now.

shit. what a cluster f%#@

after months of diarrhea, weight loss, and gut pain, had a colonoscopy which showed nsaid burn.
luckily, i got my carpal tunnel fixed, and didnt need the 2x daily pain meds. got adjusted to living with withdrawal/rebound pain. settling down.
not so bad, hanging in.
then i had a tiny little fall that broke 3 ribs.
took meds for the first 2 weeks, because i had to keep functioning. now things are quieted down. so i am cutting back to save my guts, but

can i have my pain meds back?
just taking them at night. toughing it out.

Oh, and Big Mo also has Mitochondrial Autonomic Dysfunction (MAD!).

It's likely all her afflictions, aside from her hateful personality, arise from the filth of her home and surroundings.

You may have noticed in one of Big Mo's photos she's walking barefoot through the chicken manure.

We have another DUmmy of the Year who's as crazy as Pam Dawson.

mitochondrial autonomic dysfunction.

well, my little girl, 21yo, may have found the answer to her many head scratching medical problems. the doc, wisely, has refused to tell her what he is looking at, but from what he did tell her, it looks like this is what they are testing for.
she gets the final round of tests on friday.

this, of course, answers all of my head scratching questions. he told her i def have it if she does.
and her sister, too, who has a somewhat different set of bizarro symptoms.
and at least one of my sisters.

my mom must have had it too. she was pretty healthy and strong all her life, but had at least one symptom that fits this, an occasional complete, fairly violent, emptying of her entire digestive system.

doc says i probably have a more latent version, but i intend to go see the same doc, and i'm thinking by the time i get done with him, he will take back that latent thing.

no treatment, no cure. i am sure the joy of finding the right answer will be short lived.

anyone else have this?

No.

<<<aghast.

It can't be.

I hope it's not, because that's what killed dear old sweet Lu of the cooking and baking forum.

If she's been walking barefooted among chicken droppings, she probably has hookworm, for which this MAD thing is probably a fancy name.

<<<hopes Big Mo's not as reluctant as dear old sweet Lu had been, to drop her panties and bend over so the physician could do a closer inspection.

No, that's lice, of which Big Mo's never alleged herself to have.

I think it's rather unrealistic of her to itemize only respectable ailments, never ailments one's ashamed to admit to.

You know, it's really odd, how the primitives never bring up any sexually-transmitted diseases in the health forums, or elsewhere.

<<<NOT implying Big Mo was ever thus afflicted; speaking of primitives in general.

Other than AIDS, which seems a badge of honor, they never mention the other ones.

<<<suspects that graywarrior and the windy primitive, In_The_Wind, who were about as loose as a 3"-diameter nut on a quarter-inch bolt when they were hippiechicks, had them all.

Has she claimed testicular cancer yet?  :p
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”
