What is the limit for grand larceny ?
It would be momentous chore to reach that threshold in a dollar store.

It varies state to state.  However, if it occurs within an exclusive Federal jurisdiction reservation, the Federal line between misdemeanor and felony is pegged at only a hundred bucks.  Most states set it higher, like $500 or $1000.

There appears to be 2 or 3 following him around laughing at him which just eggs him on. Finally, one guy steps in and does the right thing.
