How delusional can people be...this is not just a hit or miss small minority of people affected,it is the majority of those covered by small business group plans that fall outside the now delayed employer mandate.
Those plans (including mine) were not junk,they were actually very good coverage but did not include mandated freebies to under 26 youth and non informed women,aka voting blocs.

They can always come up with an excuse for their failures to socially engineer the people of this country.  The thing is, is we are free to buy junk cars, junk furniture, junk houses, and junk crap to put in our junk houses and it's NONE OF THEIR DAMN BUSINESS.

From the descriptions I've seen of premium/deductible/co-pay/max out of pocket, the definition of junk insurance would be the bronze and silver democrat plans, and the gold plan would be near junk status. You could say they're not junk because they are catastrophic coverage, but the democrats have been calling catastrophic insurance "junk".

The cACA equivalent would be not to add the non slip things to an existing shower/tub but to remove the entire shower/tub and be replaced with a unit built entirely out of a non slip material at an extra cost to you of course.
