LOL. My alarm systems, I got two, shit in the yard.

I own 3 of the little "turf factories" myself.  Trust me, if ANYTHING is approaching the house, these guys hear it!

More than enough time for me to load the S&W.   :-)

dear libs,

afraid of global warming,  afraid of living without daddy government to provide all for the "vulnerable".     Afraid of the wrong choice of words or "hate speech".     afraid of what other people think if they are not allowed to get married........ again by daddy government.   afraid of children to have the choice to believe in God at school ,   afraid of concepts.......   God, Heterosexual relationshieededps only in marriage,    afraid many times to keep a child who is "unwanted"..            afraid of many times of what they call fundamentalists.   like most christains force belief.   afraid to offend and not relate to the criminal and real haters,  child molesters , murderers and terorists.........

should i go on.........?

P-R-O-J-E-C-T-I-O-N! The DUches are the most frightened and ignorant people I have ever come to inspect. The reason they call us names and fling poo is their own fear of all and everything. They have no other lenses to look at life so assume all people are as stupid and scared as they are.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Had a little wienie dog. The thing was the runt of the litter and it's eyes were matted when the X-wife bought it....BOUGHT IT!.....said she felt so sorry for it that she couldn't leave it there. Well, it was almost blind but a loveable pet but shy and a damn good doorbell. She'd be laying in my lap watching TV with me when she would jump out of the chair barking and running down the hall to hide under the bed. A short time later the doorbell would ring. If you set foot on the property, I believe she could hear it. If the doorbell didn't ring, I'd get up and check outside. Usually their was someone in the yard.

The dog has much sharper teeth than I...      :-)
The most effective deterrent animal I ever had was a white goose. Anyone approaches she would go after you.

She was pretty tasty though.

I had ducks at one time and they made a fantastic first alert system.  Problem is, they had neither teeth nor bite pressure, and the amount of duck shit on the sidewalks and porch made them more trouble than they were worth.

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

My parents used to live next to a bird sanctuary that had geese.  I don't know how good they were as lookouts, but they were some mean mofos when you got in their way.
